Patient Education Brochures
Due to limited production, printed versions of the patient brochures are currently available only to active Covidien formerly Mallinckrodt Pharmaceutical accounts. The following 4 brochures may be requested below by an appropriate clinic staff member, free of charge, for every patient at the clinic.
